Hi,
Recently there is a Mochi ball from Korean bakeries. They are buns that are baked and I suspected made from Mochi flour (glutinous rice flour). I’ve tried to look on the Internet for this recipe but it seems not to exist. Most people can only suggest to use a premade mixture. I’m not keen on using mixture and prefer to make it from scratch. If you know how to make this, please share.
Thanks.

Hi Maangchi!
I found some recipes for this online but I am not a baker and was hoping if you had a recipe for Korean Black Sesame Mochi Buns. The recipes are in grams and I tried converting it to oz’s and it totally didnt work.
I have the mochiko flour and the bobs red mill sweet rice flour but I was hoping you had a recipe you could share and even a way to make this vegan. Every recipe I find has milk in it and milk powder but we need one without dairy unfortunately for some of my family. I am not vegan so I can vouch that these things are amazing. I have found a few recipes and tried following along and making them and each time it does not work and they come out like rocks. No idea what I am doing wrong…
