Hi, I grow my own mu, (I am obsessed! They are the BEST!) and would love a recipe for Ssammu (pickled radish paper for ssam), mucheong – radish greens, how to make siraegi or how to cook them fresh! Hope someone or Maangchi can help as I hate wasting the leaves.
