For the Kimchi-wangmandu it is recommended in the comments to use fermented kimchi. If I only have regular kimchi, will that also work okay or should I add another ingredient (perhaps vinegar?) to compensate? Thank you for any suggestions. I’ve been aching to make these!!!!!
