Please do a video soon on snow onion chicken! One of my favorite dishes to get at pocha or cm chicken restaurant in my town. Would love to be able to recreate it at home. Thank you so much!

      My Snow Onion Chicken Recipe

      Ingredients:

      4 chicken breasts
      2 large onions, thinly sliced
      1 cup snow peas
      2 tablespoons vegetable oil
      2 tablespoons soy sauce
      1 tablespoon rice vinegar
      1 tablespoon cornstarch
      1 tablespoon brown sugar
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1 teaspoon ginger, grated
      Salt and pepper to taste
      Instructions:

Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat up a skillet or wok with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet or wok until they are browned on both sides and fully cooked through. This should take approximately 6-8 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.

Once the chicken breasts are cooked, remove them from the skillet or wok and set them aside to rest.

In the same skillet or wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.

Add the thinly sliced onions to the skillet or wok and cook until they are translucent and softened, which should take approximately 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and brown sugar until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Add the snow peas to the skillet or wok and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the onion and snow pea mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

Add the chicken breasts back into the skillet or wok and coat them with the sauce.

Cook the chicken breasts and sauce together for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully coated and heated through.

Serve the Snow Onion Chicken hot with rice or noodles.
