Grow your own!!!
Ive got 2 Gochu plants growing. This variety is supposed to be used for kimchi but since i wasn’t sure im only growing 2 pants. They come from chileplants dot come aka Cross Country Nursery.
Kitazawa seed company has a heirloom variety that has been confirmed as good for kimchi but i didnt have time for growing from seeds this year.
That’s so cool! :)
Ive got 2 plants and several ripe peppers im drying.
Picked a few more
Picking more today.
I dry other kinds this way too. These are a hot Anaheim called Lumbre. Sun dried they might be ok for kimchi. Heat is about right.
