      Today I made Yangnyeom-Tongdak, using chicken wings, for my Karate student, who is staying with his grandparents over summer vacation. They all loved it, and asked me to cook more Korean food. Next time probably Tangsuyuk, but have to try it out myself first: gonna make it this week. Unfortunately, they cannot eat too spicy food, so my choice is a little limited, but I´m sure that Bulgogi is going to be another hit. So, Maangchi, you´ve got another three new fans in Ecuador of your delicious Korean cooking!
