Any way to cook gopchang (e.g., Jongol, grilled or soup). Daechang, I’m assuming is a different part of the intestine. Haven’t tried it. Look forward to it.

I love this dish with lot of garlic and buchu and pickle shrimp. Yum. It would be great to make in the dead of winter.
