Maangchi's cookbooks


Which to get? I suggest my second book, Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking because it has the most recipes, but my first book has recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces!
This 6 quart glass jar is great for making Korean kimchi and pickles like radish water kimchi (dongchimi), and salty cucumber pickles (oijangajji).
I buy my from Hmart, I have several in a few different sizes
Hello Maangchi — have you ever seen jars like this sold in stores in the US? I have been looking for 5 – 8 liter jars but no one carries them here!
