   I could not find hot pepper flakes for Kimchi in my town. I bought this and cayenne pepper powder instead. What do you suggest? Thanks for your recipes!

   I don’t know much about cayenne pepper powder. This crushed chili pepper is not used for kimchi. I used it when I made dakkangjung video recipe.https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/dakkangjung
