I like this brand of sugar and use it often.

Haha! Maangchi! I saw you used it in your video for the beef! It’s actually not brown sugar at all. Brown sugar is white, granulated sugar with molasses mixed in.
What you have there is a box of Turbinado sugar. :) I like it in my tea!
