These rice paper wrappers are Vietnamese (bánh tráng) and widely available in all kinds of grocery stores, sometimes as “spring roll wrappers.” Koreans simply call them “rice paper” (라이스 페이퍼) or “wollamssam” (월남쌈). After opening, reseal the package and keep in a cool, dry place.
Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
