These beans have many uses in Korean cuisine: they are used in porridges, pancakes, as filling for desserts, or to grow mung beans to be used in other dishes. They have a nutty flavor and are similar in taste to red beans (aka Azuki beans). They also have many uses when dried and shelled. Find them in a Korean grocery store with the beans and grains.
