I’d like to request a recipe for 두부킴치. I can’t find anything online.
Doobu kimchi (tofu and kimchi) is too easy as it says!!!
Cut tofu into bite size and wrap it in fermented kimchi leaves!
Sometimes you can serve with yangnyumjang which is mixture of soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, sugar, chopped green onion,sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Thanks so much! Everytime I’ve had it here in Seoul it tastes like it’s mixed with samjang paste.
When I make it, I like to use kimchi, which has gone a bit sour, and then I fry it with a little grapeseed oil.
