“3 weeks old kimchi paste”

  1. Dear all,

    I have a 3 weeks old kimchi paste (leftover) that I have been keeping in the refrigerator. Can I use it to make another batch of kimchi?
    The paste has some liquid coming out of it.


  2. smell tells you everything... if the fermentation process already started, i would suggest you make a new batch. marinate meat with it and start a bbq.
    if you kept it frozen, you can use it no problem.
