Cold Pumpkin Salad

Hi, I’m new to the site but not the food, which I adore. Ok, I lived in Seoul (but totally got around the country) from 2008-2011. In 2010 I finally got to Seoul Tower after hiking the hike up. My husband & I ate up there & I ate I fantastic dish labeled in English (from what I can recall) called cold pumpkin salad (maybe dish) but I nev saw it in other places & would love to make it. If it would help, my husband took a photo of me eating (but after the hike, I do look my best) if it would help to know what I mean. Thank you
