Dalmatia goes Korean

Hi folks,

being a retired Dutchman living in Dalmatia (Croatia) south of Split.
I have (to) many hobbies, but one of them is cooking.
Not familiar with Korean cooking, I stumbled over this fantastic page (now in my favourites).
I like to cook, and try anything new, so guess that explains a lot.
My first experience here was the dakgangjeong recipe (marinated fried chicken) and boy does that taste gréat !
Forget about KFC, it’s Maangchi time !
And however many dishes will be a problem here (those spices), it’s absolutely inspiring me to try some more.
