I lived in Korea for 2 years a while back, and I miss all of the Korean food so much. I'm glad I ran into this website so I can try to make some of my favorite dishes. I loved getting jja jang myun from some of the local chinese restaurants in Korea, but what I loved even more was their fried rice. I'm sure it's a very simple recipe but if you could help me out, that would be great. It was fried rice with a fried egg placed on top. And then, the rice would be smothered in yummy jja jang sauce. I plan on using your recipe for the sauce from this site, but if you could help me out with the fried rice recipe, that would be great!
