I have a recipe called stir fried garlic stalks (Maneulchong Pokkum) and trying to understand what garlic stalks look like. I have a picture here but it looks liked long beans. Is it garlic chives? Would you happen to have a picture or a Korean word for it? This way, I can bring it with me to the market when I go shopping.
I found a good recipe on the internet for you while looking for the garlic stem (마늘쫑:maneuljjong)
