We are growing Korean mustard leaf. The seed pack says it is Jeok. But I think it is used to make Gat Kimchi. Please confirm if I am correct. I think Gat Kimchi is made with anchovies right? In any event a recipe would be greatly appreciated.

“The seed pack says it is Jeok” I think the mustard greens seem to have a slightly reddish hue.
