I would like a recipe for patsiru dteok. I am not sure if it is the right name. I believe the cake that I am talking about is for new year. They are not in soup. It is a steam sheet rice cake (not the ball-shape ones with filling) with red bean and black bean on top. I had it once but I really want to try to make it at home. Thank you.
You can check out my “maangchi’s meet up” video. I made the red bean layered rice cake. Yes, it’s called patsiru dduk or just siru dduk. Anybody else wants to talk about this dduk?
