I mix a cup of Mt. Olive, Jalapeno Slices in a blender and blend into a fine mixture then mix it into my cornbread mix. It will add a wonderful flavor without the heat. I make it on my solo canoe camping trips and at home. My Korean American wife loves it. Alan Webb USAF
