I’m watching maangchi’s kamjatang video and my mouth is watering in anticipation.
I can’t wait to make it but I want to make an amount that would serve 10 or 15 portions. I figure I would just double or triple or everything.
However, with the chili paste, chili flakes and peppers. I don’t think it would be wise to double or triple those portions.
What should I double and triple and what should I not?
I have a family that eats a lot and I will probably have 4 to 5 serving myself, haha.
Help me please!
