Hi, I know that the curry Koreans make is actually a Japanese version of a British-Indian dish. But, it is something my Korean parents cooked often while I was growing up, and I consider it Korean food. I known you just have to use the pre-made powder you can buy at the store and add veggies and meat to it, but I want to know how Maangchi likes to make it. I’m sure it will be extra delicious! For example, what kind of meat should I use (specifically which cuts)?
