I am so lucky to live not far away from the only Korean restaurant in my region (look for Naru in the restaurant section of the forum) that I cannot resist to treat myself to a dinner from time to time. A couple of days ago I stayed so long at work that I decided I needed a reward! I phoned the friendly owner of the restaurant and I ordered yangnyeom tongdak with a portion of kimchi and steamed rice. I couldn't wait to take it home...
Spicy fried chicken is simply irresistible, I have tried to make it a couple of times but the result is still very far from what the restaurant (or Maangchi) does.
