Mapo tofu is a chinese dish, and Maanchi may have a personal recipe for it, but you may find one online. Maangchi is still trying to accomodate everyone who has requested Korean recipes, and there are lots in her backlog.

I made it with korean chili and black bean paste instead of Tian Mian Jiang and Doubanjiang.
