I am in love with mussel soup. I make my friends get it every time we go to a Korean bar.
I've looked all over the web for recipes but none of them seem to match the ones in the restaurants around me.
I've noticed (frozen) mussels, onions, ground black pepper.. and not much else because i'm too busy drinking it as fast as I can haha!
It's a clear soup, but it's spicy
I would love love love to have the recipe for it because the taste is something I will always love. It's so refreshing and soothing.
