So I managed to make my first bibimbap and I want to share the pictures with you.
I used rice, even if cooked 'the western way', kosari, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, italian chard and gochujang!
No carrots because I was tired after cutting all other ingredients :-P
I hope you like my 2 pics, I took them before adding egg and gochujang and right after adding egg and gochujang.
And I REALLY enjoyed my bibimbap!
