Hi from Northern California, I saw how you made the easy kimchi and it turned out great using table salt. So did kimchi hotdogs, both crispy fried chicken and pork cutlettes. I love making korean food and my grandkids and I love eating it. Thank ypu so much for your videos showing how to make them. I bought your cookbook, can’t wait for others from you.
