“Recipe request for Arctium Lappa side dish”

    Hi Maangchi and the forum community,
    Recently, I went to a few Korean restaurants and they have this side dish with Arctium Lappa (Sweet taste and brown color and sesame on top).

    I couldn't find it in your recipe section. Anyone could help?

    우엉조림? Burdock simmered in soy sauce? Sorry I don't have a recipe but maybe it will stir someone's memory or maangchi will chime in, and give us the recipe. :)
