Hello Maangchi,
I found some instant rice boxes at a Korean food store. They are available in 시래기, 곤드레=, 취나물. I am trying to look up these words on the website but unable to find any English reference. I would love to make these at home. I’ve got your Cooking with Maangchi Book 1, 2 and 3 but I couldn’t find any of these in there.
Are these vegetables only available in Korea? Do you have a similar recipes to share with us?
