Hello Maangchi,
I once had a banchan of black beans that, I think, were stewed with soy sauce. They were really good. I tried a recipe I found online once but it didn’t turn out well. Can you share a recipe for that?
Also, what are those little orangey-yellow pancakes served as banchan? Tasted like maybe sweet potato or pumpkin pancake. They were really small, like 1.5 inches across. Not large like a pajeon. Do you have a recipe for that too?
Thanks a lot!
zigzagza,
Check out my soybean side dish recipe:

You can replace the soy beans with black bean.
The other side dish you mention orange-yellow pancakes, how can I know! : ) You can make so many different kinds of Korean style pancakes with different ingredients. I suggest you ask the restaurant owner directly.
