    Dear Maangchi,

    I always love to see your videos, and I’d like to ask you a question.

    Is there a reason why you cut garlic with the knife? I ask you this because we use the garlic press, though I must say that garlic press actually crushes garlic, instead of cutting it, and the juice comes out.

    Maybe I answered the question on my own…?
