Hello everyone, I have a bag of sliced rice cakes from when I made cheese buldak. Does anybody know what I can do with them? They were not frozen, but in a bag at room temperature.

I would make rice cake soup. The leftover should be kept in the fridge or freezer. https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/ddukguk
Sometimes we bake the sliced rice cakes in the oven with a little salt sprinkled on them and snack on them. Dipping them in red pepper paste/sauce is good, too. If you like really hot Korean food, the Fire Chicken recipe uses some rice cakes, too. It’s our favorite!
