Korean bbq grill plate

This goes nice with a portable grill. If you take a look at it closely, you will see it’s sloped so that fat rolls off into the hole in the middle.

Hey Maangchi! I’m one of your newest fans and I love your videos they are so easy to follow. I have one quick question, how much do one of these grills cost? I really want to get myself one for the samgyeupsal recipe. ^^

    Hi Maangchi

Here in Seoul, there are so many different types of BBQ grillplates: light ones and heavy ones; some with small holes around the plate. If posible, I’d like something that doesn’t drip too much on the stove and easy to clean. Could you recommend one? Appreciate your help.

I don’t know the answer. You can figure out which to choose by looking at the bbp grillplates there.
