Catherine Tan, Singapore.
2. What do you do and how many family members do you have ?
I’m an event organizer and dance teacher. There are 6 people in my family, including me.
3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Quite often recently! Maangchi is one of my must-read references when trying out new recipes.

Japchae (stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat) :)
