We have many Ranch 99 stores in the area. My understanding is they are predominately Chinese but have a small sampling of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean food items. They are expanding across the US and may be near you if you are in a major city or live near a large Chinese population.

The first time I went to a Ranch 99 store I thought, “hey! if this is store 99, where are the other 98 Ranch stores?”
    (*^_^*)

Ranch 99 is indispensable at the start of crab season. They have the absolute best price on live crabs. I do not recommend the frozen octopus from Ranch 99. But, they do have packets of frozen alligator meat. Why?

What I meant was – – she used to be the manager, then she left and she just came back two days ago. We love her and are SO glad she decided to come back!

    PS:
Also our new (old then returning – -YAY!) apartment manager is Korean, so I will ask her to sample some of the things I make and also ask her where to get the items I was asking about.

Again. This looks wonderful, but I am much further east, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We do have two wonderful markets here – – United Noodles and Schang Hur. I will check them when I can. Thank you SO much!
