This is the place to go to buy fresh vegetables. I would not buy kimchi here even though they have it, but their produce is wonderfully cheap. I never seem to be able to find Korean eggplant (gaji) at the other Asian markets, but this market always has it. They also have a big area devoted to live seafood and fresh meat: crabs, fish, turtles, frogs, pork belly, cow stomach, etc. It is pretty stinky and one of my daughters complains and pinches her nose when we go, but they also have an extensive candy selection where I can always find a nice bribe.

Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
