      I can not eat spicy. I want someone to show me how to make hot kimchi. I’m very jealous but I want to eat kimchi to go crazy to help me.

      I’ve never even tried to make Kimchi, though it would be too complicated until I saw Maangchi’s You-Tube. I have been quite happy with results each time. The trick was that I followed EXACT recipe each time. If you’re not used to very spicy food, then you can adjust the amount of pepper flakes to your taste as Maangchi shows you in the video. I think you’ll be happy with your first try. Just take your time and follow the exact recipe. Good luck!
