      Hi guys!

      I recently made a batch of kimchi, left it out to ferment for about 5 days before putting it in the fridge. It smelt okay during the 5 days. I decided to try some today ( Day 10) and it was so soft and mushy! The radish almost melted in my mouth, what does this mean? Has it gone bad?

      I could do with some advice please =(
