Hi! The kimchi (even the traditional recipe is quite easy to make, and most of the ingredients were not too hard for me to find. The gochugaru was the toughest for me (being in Utah, USA), but it’s easy to get online, it seems.

I hope your cooking adventure goes well! :)

What I just wrote is based on my region. In another part of the United States, barbecue is omething totally different…I guess it’s like…smoked food? I’m not sure. Also, I think it’s only certain kinds of meat too.

Barbecued food can be nutritious, but it depends on what food you cook on a barbecue grill. If you cook healthy things on it, it will be healthy.

I know that people talk about how grilled food is possibly unhealthy because of how grilling works (the food touching the grill itself is kind of burnt), but I don’t know enough about that to talk about that too much.

    I hope this helps a little. I’m sorry I don’t know more.
