Last month the new Tasted channel filmed me cooking rice cake soup for some of my readers. They’re sponsored by YouTube and doing a series on people cooking traditional cultural recipes. They asked me to show them how to cook Korean food, and talk about my own YouTube channel and my cooking.
They also asked me to bring some of my readers to shoot a scene where I’m sharing the soup. I contacted some of my New York readers and Chris, Kristi, Roberth, and Melinda came.
Today they posted the video, and I think it turned out really good!
Here’s some behind the scenes photos of the interview they did. I was very impressed with them, they are real professionals who have a lot of passion for food and video.

Thank you, Jenny!
Oh my gosh, look at you! I’m so proud to be one of your readers and one of your legions of Korean cooks! I owe you all my skill and my love for Korean food. I love that you’re getting more exposure!
I made more dongchimi but I couldn’t get a photo. It was gone too quickly and I kept forgetting. I am going to serve japchae to a good friend next month. I always think of you when I cook and I can’t help wave at the screen every time you say hello and goodbye!

Kerri,
Thank you very much for your nice words!
It sounds like the dongchimi you made turned out yummy!
