    Woah, amazing presentation!

    But I must say, broccoli and bok choy seem a little bulky for good mixing… It would probably work better if they were sliced up. But still, your dish looks too pretty to eat! Haha

    Oh, I did want to ask, what makes up the white petals around the egg yolk?
