A short while ago, I went to Han Ah Reum in Koreatown and bought this kit. Ten pieces of gim and a mold for $5.99.
I finally decided to go ahead and make this. I used Maangchi’s tuna stuffing but not her kimchi stuffing as I had no kimchi. (Remind me to make more soon.) Instead, I used dubu ganjang jorim as the other stuffing.
