Yesterday I visited Mere Marshall’s house in Rotorua, in the North Island of New Zealand with Jamie Frater and Ryan. Mere is one of the Korean food fans featured on my website. We filmed her simple and delicious New Zealand recipe Paua fritters (abalone fritters). She and her sister Jill prepared all these Korean dishes for this party.

“Maangchi, all these are made with your recipes!” Jjinppang mandu (steamed pork buns), manduguk (dumpling soup), gimbap, ojingeojeot (fermented squid)…
