Braised kimchi with pork belly (kimchijjim)

kimchi-jjimA cold day like today in NYC is a good time to make braised kimchi with pork belly (kimchijjim)! A big pot of this will keep me warm all week! This time I made it differently, instead of rolling it up I put it all in together.

    I plan to make this sometime very soon. I have all the ingredients.. maybe tomorrow. It looks sooooo delicious :)
