I finally attempted Dak Galbi and my husband and I are hooked. We want to try one of the few places that make it in LA’s Koreatown, but before that we are going to make it again at home. It was so much fun, and so beautiful before cooking all together. Then, it’s majorly delicious!
Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking. my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes.
