dakjjim (Korean braised chicken and vegetables: 닭찜)

My dakjjim is sizzling just before being served! This is a 1 pot meal because it contains all nutrients that we need! Good protein from chicken, vitamins and minerals from colorful vegetables and a little bit of starch from the glass noodles. The broth is also very delicious!
