Irene Loi made dakjjim (Braised chicken with vegetables)

She says, “..I have made this very yumilicious dish numerous times but never got round to taking photos of it.  When it is cooking, the yummy aroma always makes me terribly hungry by the time it is ready.  In order to take this photo, I had lunch first, then immediately made this dish even though I will only eat it for dinner.  Otherwise, there is no chance of a photo!  I am sure of it!! ”
