ddeokbokki
I made the rice cake using Maangchi’s recipe couple of days ago , and i thought why not using it to make ddeokbokki . A long while ago i made ddeokbokki , using store bought rice cake , i thought it was just okay taste . But , using home made rice cake make a huge difference . It is chewy , delicious and just overall tasted a lot better than store bought .. i am a big fan of dddeokbokki now !!

    Olivia, I totally agree with what you are saying. The ddeokbokki made with homemade rice cake is much more delicious than the ddeokbokki made with store-sold rice cake.
