Ttukbaegi gyeranjjim is one of the easiest Korean recipes to make, and it never fails. A very important tip is to cook over low heat, so as not to burn the bottom, and be sure to use a can of chicken broth to make it extra tasty. I made this for a side dish for my lunch!
